Acceptance of Terms. By using https://hauratcleaningservices.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services. Haurat Cleaning Services provides Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Haurat Cleaning Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Haurat Cleaning Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Haurat Cleaning Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Haurat Cleaning Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
